Einstein famously said “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” This is the essence of what I call Rocket Science — a suite of tools, skills, language, and worldviews that provide the backbone to all of my engagements. Here’s a quick peek:
Transformational Intelligence
Real transformation doesn’t just take strategy. It takes a higher form of human intelligence — the kind that knows when to analyze, when to feel, when to imagine, and when to connect.
Most organizations over-index on analytical intelligence — plans, metrics, logic. But deep change happens when leaders can move fluidly across four core intelligences:

Invisibilizing the Human Element
The story that focuses on directive outcomes without considering the human commitments and choices that can enable or hinder them. This skips the integration that’s required to make change real.

Fixation on Past Grievances

Impatience
