Not so long ago, we used to think about change as a finite project that began at A and ended at B. Today, we use different words to describe change — like volatile, open-ended, and boundaryless. And confusing. Overwhelming. More than a little f*cking scary.
Back then, it was a leader’s job to “manage” change from the top down. Today, in a world that changes overnight — every night — something different is emerging: new mindsets, narratives, and “intelligences” that are essential for today’s leadership goals, like adaptability, resilience, and innovation.
The task before leaders is to change how we see change. For some leaders who grew up in the old era, this may seem — at first — like a bitter pill to swallow.
However, the truth is that change can be liberating. It can unlock new ideas, opportunities, and potential. It can also make work more meaningful, playful, and fun — and, yes, more profitable. It can change how we lead.

I was first drawn to transformational work during my late twenties, when I spent several years on my own traveling the world. Though many people with this background go on to become influencers or life coaches, I was drawn to the world of business because I saw a huge need and a massive underserved market.
Starting in 2012, I began to offer “leadership storytelling” workshops in corporations — I have now taught business storytelling to more than 200 companies and 1000s of professionals. In my work today, I draw from these professional experience, as well as many complementary personal experiences and trainings in leadership coaching, strategy consulting, embodied intelligence, and, of course, storytelling.
Today, my trailblazing innovation and creativity practice bridges strategic planning, leadership development, organizational change, and creative communications. My hugely diverse client roster includes companies from many industries based in the US, Canada, and around the world.
