My work is based around a worldview, a method, a suite of tools, and a practice for transformational integration — it’s all called Rocket Science.
Here’s the Short Story:
I am an independent entrepreneur, facilitator, coach, and consultant thought leader specializing in transformational leadership, strategic storytelling and human-level change. My work is grounded in systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and an emerging toolkit called Rocket Science.
Through workshops, consulting, and coaching, I support the human side of transformation: aligning mindset, narrative, skill and strategy to help leaders and teams meet volatility and disruption with creativity, clarity, and trust.
I work with executive teams, HR leaders, and change agents — with clients ranging from large, often complex organizations to smaller startups and individual leaders and entrepreneurs. Notably, my work is emergent — I customize every engagement to you, your team, and your goals by drawing from my extensive toolkit and experience, as well as my insight and creativity.

Here’s the Opening to a Longer Story:
Einstein famously said “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” To make meaningful change, we need to get outside of our current set of perceptions, beliefs, and mindsets so that we can access something other — something that’s truly innovative.
In this regard, Rocket Science is the name given to describe this work. It’s a suite of tools, skills, language, and worldviews that enables business people to “work with” complexity, narrative, and creativity in a way that goes far beyond traditional management tools and thinking.
But it’s not a step-by-step model, a theory of change, or a repeatable framework. It’s a very different way of thinking and being in relationship with transformation. This Rocket Science worldview informs everything I do with clients — workshops, consulting, coaching, and beyond.
Why This Matters for Business Leaders
To put it plainly — the traditional management tools, frameworks, playbooks, and mindsets were not designed for a world of unpredictability, ambiguity, and continuous evolution.
Now that we are so clearly in this new world, we all need to recognize that status quo is no longer an option. Over the coming years, every aspect of our businesses will be re-imagined — how we make planning decisions, how we raise capital, how we design products and systems, how we build culture, how we develop leaders, how we communicate up, down, inside, and out… It is happening to everyone, rapidly, whether we like it or not.
Instinctually, many traditional leaders will look around for solutions. This is human nature, and one of the reasons why we have collectively created AI — a data-driven, logically-brilliant decision-making machine. And, in addition to developing rigorous, data-driven analysis, organizations will also need to cultivate other kinds of human intelligence to complement data-driven decision making with non-traditional forms of insight.
In my work, I talk about four core human capabilities:
Analytical Intelligence for pattern recognition, systems, and structure
Emotional Intelligence for meaning, memory, and inner experience
Creative Intelligence for imagination, possibility, and genius
Relational Intelligence for navigating complex stakeholder and social dynamics
When these the intelligences are freed to rise and integrate, they create a more evolved capability called Transformational Intelligence — a dynamic, human-centered capability that is accessible to every one of us, no matter our background, seniority or functional role.
Transformational Intelligence is fundamental to making meaning in ambiguity, adapting without losing coherence, and navigating unpredictability. It is the grounded reality that transforms buzzwords like resilience, agility, innovation, etc into practical terms.
