Hi, I’m Jordan Bower — and for more than 15 years, I have been walking on the borderlands between business systems and human dynamics. I have developed a fluency in complex topics including creative problem solving, leadership storytelling, and the unique art of guiding emotionally authentic, transformational change.
My work with more than 200 organizations has shown me that there is a massive need in business for leadership thinkers who can unify the strategic and analytical aspects of business with the human element — the emotional, social and creative intelligences required for change.
